We do know that employees gain certain benefits from companies upon employment, ensuring that they are protected from any untoward incidents and insured that for whatever accidents they may encounter while on-duty; they will receive assistance and just compensation. However, this exchange generally becomes null when the relationship with the employer ends. Events like termination or being fired are some of the ways this relationship ends.

Tackling Racial Discrimination

Racial discrimination is the untoward action or attitude, whether consciously or subconsciously manifested, that undermines an individual based on his heritage or because of his race. Racial discrimination happens as an individual or as a whole group or an institution. Racial discrimination is not something minor, because it accounts as a large number of the complaints received by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a group that handles cases regarding inequality in the workplace.
